The hotel is located on a stunning peninsular, offering breathtaking views of the sea from almost every area. the rooms are clean and have balconies with stunning sea views. the hotel is situated on a hill, surrounded by beautiful gardens and well-kept grounds. the pool is large and clean, and there are water slides for kids to enjoy. the hotel offers a buffet-style breakfast and dinner, and there are many restaurants in the nearby town of Kas to explore.
The hotel lacks a shop and gym, which can be inconvenient who may need to buy basic necessities or want to continue their fitness routine while on vacation.

The sea is perfect in this area. Also the pools are filled with sea water.
There are old and furnished new rooms. Guests must indicate this during check-in.

Water slides are great and the swimming pool has is salt water chlorinated, so feels much more refreshing than normal chlorine swimming pools, views are fabulous and rooms are private and quiet.
Rooms could do with up-dating (rather old and tired), wi-fi needs to be hotel wide (not just at reception) and there is only one very steep place you can access the sea for swimming (and the waves at that point are rough)

Enjoyed breathtaking sea views and the relaxing pool in a quiet and peaceful setting. the location offered easy access to the city through local transportation outside the hotel. the hotel staff was friendly and provided excellent service.
Limited activities offered at night, rocky beach with no service, and basic ladder to the sea. Food was average with the same menu every day, and the room was small.

The location of the hotel was breathtakingly beautiful with stunning views of the sea. The well-maintained gardens were a definite highlight. The room was clean and tidy, and had all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was adequate and the staff was friendly.
The hotel was located quite far from the city center, and it wasn't easy to commute. The room was quite small, and the bed was not very comfortable.
